- The Hirer shall pay a deposit of cash RM500 for Toyota Alphard & RM300 for other cars as collateral which is refundable upon completion of the rent period provided that the vehicles is returned in good condition
- If The hirer agrees to a certain period and has paid in advance the entire amount, any early return of the vehicles will not see any refund in cash.
- The hirer must sent back the vehicle on time, if the vehicle is still not sent back after more than two hours, the hirer will charged base on half day rental rate. If extension of time is needed, please inform us earlier.
- If the vehicles breakdown, the hirer must inform the owner immediately, so that the owner can take appropriate action to charge or repair the vehicle. The owner will not be responsible to pay any bill claimed by the hirer if the hirer repair the vehicle in another workshop.
- The hirer will be responsible for all kinds of accidents during her/his possession example, punctured tyres or any form of collision.
- Any traffic tickets by the local council or police citations collected in any form of illegal parking is the responsibility of the hirer during the entire rental period.
- It is the responsibility of the hirer to keep the interior of the vehicle clean and in proper order.
- Pickup/return points that are too far away from the predefined location will incur additional surcharge from the car company.
- The car usage area is strictly restricted within Kuching area (EXCEPT Borneo Highland), Samarahan, Serian (until Serian Town). Out of these mentioned areas will be imposed a penalty of RM300 unless obtain prior permission.
- Strictly NO Smoking , NO Vomiting and NO Durian Fruit in the car. Penalty of RM200 will be charged if any unpleasant smell discovered upon return of the car. Ensure that the car is clean before returning them for the convenience of yourself and the next users.
